September 2, 2008 EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 005-08 As a cost-cutting measure of the Court anent its photocopying expenses, and inasmuch as the Court is also being charged by its contracted photocopying agency, the Court En Banc, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Clerk of Court, hereby Resolved to charge all litigants both from private and government offices, except Public Attorney's Office (PAO), on their requests for photocopying and/or certification of Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)/Bureau of Customs (BOC) records, and other Court records, as well as other requests for certification or clearances.
