Raffle of Cases

February 11, 2014 EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 002-2014 For purposes of uniformity, exigency and speedy dispensation of justice, the Court En Banc hereby sets the raffle of cases every Monday at 11:00 a.m., at the session hall of the Court. The raffle shall be conducted chronologically and successively for Division and En Banc cases. When Monday falls on a holiday or a non-working day for the Court, the raffle shall be conducted on the next working day, also at 11:00 a.m. All other provisions of the Internal Rules of the Court of Tax Appeals relative to raffle of cases, which are not inconsistent with the foregoing, shall remain effective. This Resolution shall take effect after its approval by the Supreme Court and its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines. February 11, 2014. (SGD.) ROMAN G.
