Amending En Banc Resolution Authorizing CTA Clerks of Court to Attest and Certify Minute Resolutions

May 22, 2007 EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 002-07 AMENDING EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 01-04-05-CTA TO AUTHORIZE THE CLERKS OF COURT OF THE COURT OF TAX APPEALS TO ATTEST AND CERTIFY MINUTE RESOLUTIONS OF THE COURT EN BANC WHEREAS, En Banc Resolution No. 01-04-05-CTA authorizes only Atty. Elvessa P. Apolinario, Clerk of Court, to attest and certify Minute Resolutions of the Court En Banc; WHEREAS, there is a need to extend the authority to the other Clerks of the Court of Tax Appeals; NOW THEREFORE, En Banc Resolution No. 01-04-05-CTA is hereby amended to read as follows: "For purposes of exigency and speedy delivery of justice, the Court En Banc hereby authorizes the Clerks of Court, ATTY. ELVESSA P. APOLINARIO, ATTY. THERESA G. CINCO-BACTAT, and in their absence, any designated Clerk of Court, to attest and certify the Minute Resolutions of the Court relative to the following pleadings/submissions filed by litigants in the En Banc level, to wit:" Effective immediately.
