January 27, 2009 EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 001-09 For purposes of judicial exigency and speedy dispensation of cases, and to avoid conflicting actions of Justices, the Court En Banc hereby authorizes the Clerk of Court, to issue and sign Minute Resolutions relative to consolidation of En Banc cases, involving appeals filed by both parties from the same Decision rendered in the Division level of the Court. Resolutions of this nature shall be issued immediately, upon the filing of the second En Banc case, emanating from a similar decision of the Court's Division. Effective immediately. (SGD.) ERNESTO D.
