Authorizing the CTA Executive Clerks of Court to Issue and Sign Minute Resolutions

March 8, 2007 EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 001-07 EN BANC SESSION (Held on February 13, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at the CTA Courtroom). For purposes of exigency and speedy delivery of justice, the Court En Banc hereby authorizes the Court of Tax Appeals' Executive Clerks of Court (Clerk of Court, Assistant Clerk of Court and the Division Clerks of Court) to issue and sign Minute Resolutions relative to the following pleadings/submissions filed by litigants both in the Division and En Banc levels, to wit: 1. Taking note of the Manifestation/Compliance by the party litigants, provided that if there is an amendment to be done in the caption or in the verification, the assigned Justice or the ponente should be consulted by the Clerk of Court, Assistant Clerk of Court or the Division Clerks of Court; 2. Granting withdrawal of BIR records after Entry of Judgment, subject to the condition that the BIR records will be returned to the Court within thirty (30) days from date of withdrawal; and 3. Granting withdrawal of BIR records pending trial of the case, subject to the clearance/approval of the Presiding Justice if case is En Banc, and the Chairman of the Division if case is in the Division.
