RESOLUTION NO. 441, S. 2014 (Sponsored by: Councilor Jose Victor V. Imbo ) WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 67, S-2002 prescribed a fee for the use of all City-owned public restrooms at Two Pesos (P2.00) per person, except Kiwanis Kiosk at the Quezon Park which is Five Pesos (P5.00); WHEREAS, the exclusion provided in the aforementioned ordinance is unfair and unjustified costs on an end user; CTIEac WHEREAS, Local Government Units are mandated under Section 458 (3-i) of the Local Government Code (R.A. 7160) to fix and impose reasonable fees and charges for all services rendered by the City Government to private persons or entities. NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Jose Victor V. Imbo ,duly seconded by Councilors Remollo and Leon ,the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled: RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to enact: DUMAGUETE CITY ORDINANCE NO. 099-14 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 139, S-2008, ENTITLED: " THE UPDATED OMNIBUS TAX ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUMAGUETE ," SPECIFICALLY SECTION 69 (J). RENTAL FEES OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTIES, BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES, PER DAY ITEM 4 (C).OTHER PUBLIC BUILDINGS: REST ROOMS AT KIWANIS STAGE ," BY REDUCING ITS FEE FROM P5.00 TO P2.00 Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Dumaguete, that : SECTION 1.
