Remollo , the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED , to enact the following ordinance: DUMAGUETE CITY ORDINANCE NO. 004-12 AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 139, SERIES OF 2008, ENTITLED "THE UPDATED OMNIBUS TAX ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUMAGUETE," SPECIFICALLY SECTION 69 (F) CEMETERY FEES, BY IMPOSING BONE CHAMBER FEE SECTION 1. Section 69 (f) Cemetery Fees of Ordinance No. 139, series of 2008, entitled "The Updated Omnibus Tax Ordinance of the City of Dumaguete" is hereby further amended by incorporating therein " Bone Chamber Fee " to be assigned as No. 3 . ITAaHc "Section 69 (f). Cemetery Fees . . . . xxx xxx xxx x x x [2. . .Children: a to d] 3. Bone Chamber Fee There shall be paid the amount of Four Thousand Pesos (P4,000.00) as onetime payment per chamber , subject to the following conditions: a) Exclusively for family members b) No alteration of the chamber Description the Bone Chamber shall have the length of 60cm. x width-60cm. x height-55cm. and can accommodate up to ten (10) persons (remains). As used in this ordinance, Bone Chamber is a sealed compartment where disinterred bony remains are reinterred after complying with requirements on disinterment and re-interment." SECTION 2. Effectivity . This ordinance shall take effect after certified true copies of this ordinance are published in full for three (3) consecutive days in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Negros Oriental. cSaATC APPROVED .
