March 22, 1960 BIR RULING NO. 134-60 Tax Service of the Philippines, Inc. Floor Three, MRS Building Plaza Cervantes, Manila Gentlemen : In answer to your query regarding Section 13 of Republic Act No. 2343, please be informed that a corporation with fiscal year ended on July 31, 1959 shall be subject to the increased income tax rates expressly provided in said Act.
