Andallaza SB Member DON CARLOS MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 109-14 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF BUSINESS TAXES BY LOCAL AND TRANSIENT CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS, AND ALL ENTITIES DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS LGU AS REQUISITE PRIOR TO RELEASE OF CHECK EFFECTUATING PAYMENT BE IT ORDAINED by the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Bayan of Don Carlos, Bukidnon in session assembled, that: SECTION I. Business Tax. Local and transient contractors and suppliers and all entities doing business with the Local Government Unit shall, before release of check effectuating payment, pay the corresponding business tax based on the graduated schedule provided for business taxes in the Local Revenue Code. SECTION II. Scope of Business Taxes on Entities Doing Business with the LGU. Except as may be otherwise provided by law, the provision herein contained shall apply to local and transient contractors and suppliers, and all other entities doing business with the Local Government Unit.
