August 5, 1997 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 24-97 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Pad of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) pad of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24), to wit: Serial Number Quantity 7248801 G - 7248850 G One (1) pad The abovementioned copies which were reported as lost by Mr. CANDIDO F. VERGEL DE DIOS, JR., formerly assigned as Revenue Representative of the Philippine Consulate General, Los Angeles, USA have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are therefore invalidated. Internal Revenue Officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above mentioned copies are found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
