August 18, 1933 DOF REGULATIONS NO. 078-33 SUBJECT : Amendment to Regulations No. 18 TO : All Internal-Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SECTION 1. Section 1 of Regulations No. 18 of this Department is hereby amended, by reducing the assessed market value and the charge to be paid for every one hundred (100) kilos of the Manila copal (almaciga) from P25 and P2.50 to P12.50 and P1.25 respectively, and also the assessed market value and the charge to be paid for same quantity of Manila elemi (pili resin) from P22.50 and P2.25 to P12.50 and P1.25, respectively. SECTION 2. These regulations shall become effective thirty days after their promulgation in the Official Gazette.
