April 18, 1933 DOF REGULATIONS NO. 076-33 1 SUBJECT : Amendment to Paragraph (7) of Section 5 (a) of Regulations No. 27, as Amended by Regulations No. 74 TO : All Internal-Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SECTION 1. Paragraph (7) of section 5 (a) of Regulations No. 27, as amended by Regulations No. 74, both of this Department, is hereby further amended to read as follows: (7) For affixture to individual packages of cigarettes containing 20 cigarettes each of P1.80 class per thousand, and 20 and 10 cigarettes each of the P1.30 class per thousand: Provided, That the packages are closed on both ends and are made of the same material throughout, although the upper ends, at the option of the manufacturer, may be closed with cardboard, tinfoil, or the like; HSTAcI SECTION 2.
