March 31, 1928 DOF REGULATIONS NO. 061-28 1 SUBJECT : Assessment and Charge on Barks for Cutch TO : All Internal-Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SECTION 1. Under the authority of section 79 (B) of the Administrative Code, as amended by section 2 of Act No. 2803, and in accordance with the provisions of section 1516 of the said Code, Regulations No. 18, as amended, are hereby extended to include barks for cutch, the market value and rate of charge hereafter to be paid being assessed as follows: Product Unit Assessment Charge Barks for cutch 100 kilos P1.50 P0.15 SECTION 2. This new assessment shall take effect thirty days after its promulgation in the Official Gazette. HaTSDA Manila, March 31, 1928.
