December 31, 1927 DOF REGULATIONS NO. 060-27 1 SUBJECT : Repeal of Section 109 of Regulations No. 26 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SECTION 1. Section 109 of Regulations No. 26 of the Department of Finance entitled "Revised Documentary Stamp Tax Regulations", is hereby repealed and the following is promulgated in lieu thereof: SEC. 109. Medical certificates regarding physical condition. Medical certificates containing a statement of the physical condition of any person are subject to this tax. SECTION 2.
