June 12, 1925 DOF REGULATIONS NO. 050-25 1 SUBJECT : Assessment and Charge on Buri Fiber TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SECTION 1. Under the authority of section 79 (B) of the Administrative Code, as amended by Act No. 2803, and in accordance with the provisions of section 1516 of the said Code, Regulations No. 18, as amended, are hereby extended to include buri fiber, the market value and rate of charge hereafter to be paid being assessed as follows: Product Unit Assessment Charge Buri fiber 1 kilo P2.00 P0.20 SECTION 2. This new assessment shall take effect thirty days after its promulgation in the Official Gazette. Manila, June 12, 1925.
