March 29, 1924 DOF REGULATIONS NO. 039-24 1 SUBJECT : Forest Charges on Nipa Sap TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SECTION 1. Section 1 of Regulations No. 18, entitled "Charges on Minor Forest Products," as amended by section 2 of Regulations No. 23 and Regulations Nos. 31, 32, and 37, is further amended by including the following in the table thereof: Products Unit Assessment Charges Nipa sap 1,000 liters P0.60 P0.06 SECTION 2. These Regulations shall become effective upon their promulgation in the Official Gazette. Manila, March 29, 1924.
