November 28, 1922 DOF REGULATIONS NO. 032-22 1 SUBJECT : Forest Charges on Table Tops Manufactured from Tree Buttresses TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SECTION 1. Section 1 of Regulations No. 18, entitled "Charges on Minor Forest Products," as amended by section 2 of Regulations No. 23 and Regulations No. 31, is further amended by including the following in the table thereof: Products Unit Assessment Charges Round table tops manufactured from buttresses of trees of the first group: Fifty centimeters in diameter or less 1 table top P5.00 P0.50 One hundred centimeters in diameter or less do 10.00 1.00 One hundred fifty centimeters in diameter or less do 20.00 2.00 Over 150 centimeters in diameter do 30.00 3.00 Round table tops manufactured from buttresses of trees of the second or lower groups: Fifty centimeters in diameter or less do 2.50 .25 One hundred centimeters in diameter or less do 5.00 .50 One hundred fifty centimeters in diameter or less do 10.00 1.00 Over 150 centimeters in diameter do 15.00 1.50 It is to be noted from the foregoing that with a view to collecting the forest charges due on table tops manufactured from buttresses of trees of the different groups, it is not necessary to ascertain their volume. The diameter of the same should only be ascertained and the forest charges collected in accordance with the table in the preceding paragraph. HEcIDa SECTION 2.
