October 23, 1922 DOF REGULATIONS NO. 031-22 1 SUBJECT : Forest Charges on Lumbang and Baguilumbang Seeds TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SECTION 1. Section 1 of Regulations No. 18, entitled "Charges on Minor Forest Products," as amended by section 2 of Regulations No. 23, is further amended by including the following in the table thereof: Products Unit Assessment Charges Kilos Lumbang or baguilumbang nuts (unhusked) 100 P5.00 P0.50 Lumbang kernels from lumbang or 100 10.00 1.00 baguilumbang nuts SECTION 2. These Regulations shall become effective upon their promulgation in the Official Gazette. Manila, October 23, 1922.
