November 28, 1920 DOF REGULATIONS NO. 019-20 1 SUBJECT : Amendment to Section 40, Regulations No. 17 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SECTION 1. Section 40 of Regulations No. 17 (Internal Revenue Leaf Tobacco Regulations) is hereby amended so as to read as follows: SEC. 40. Territory not affected by these regulations. These regulations, with the exception of the provisions contained in Chapters V and VI, shall not apply to the Provinces of Bohol, Misamis, Surigao, Negros Oriental, Cebu, Leyte and Samar, so long as planters and dealers of leaf tobacco residing or doing business therein, confine their operations to such territory. Neither shall they be applicable, in so far as they refer to retail dealers, to territory inhabited by non-Christians within the meaning of Act No. 2545. SECTION 2.
