Evasco, Jr., Office of the President on the above-captioned subject. DHITCc Accordingly, the President affirmed that the policy banning all government officials and employees from entering casinos is still in force. He further asserted that government personnel, including members of the police force, should not be allowed to moonlight outside casinos and escort high stakes gamblers from the airport. The President affirmed that the policy banning all government officials and employees from entering casinos is still in force.
