Request for Assistance for the 2015 Census of Population

Herbosa, SEC SUBJECT : Request for Assistance for the 2015 Census of Population This refers to the PSA Board Resolution Nos. 07, 08 and 09 which requires the assistance from all Government Offices to ensure the successful undertaking of the upcoming 2015 Census of Population (POPCEN 2015) this August, declared as National Census Month . In view of the above, I hereby request cooperation from your office and regional units to provide the specified support/assistance to PSA in the conduct of POPCEN 2015. Hence, timely issuance of communications, instructions, directives and/or memorandum circulars to regional and provincial offices is requested in matters covering but not limited to the conduct/provision of the following: 1. Publicity and information drive for the census; 2. Use of transport facilities in the regional offices, if any, in transporting census personnel and materials in the provinces; 3. Use of training facilities, if any, in bureaus and attached agencies for the training of census enumerators and supervisors; and CDAHaE 4. Use of facilities for lodging, if any, for census personnel assigned in areas outside their official stations.
