Warning Against Persons Using the Names of Secretary Purisma and Undersecretary Carag in Seeking Donations

Biazon Commissioner, Bureau of Customs By way of a reminder, please do not ever entertain any person seeking donations or contributions or assistance of one form or another or the like using the names of Secretary Cesar V. Purisima, Undersecretary Carlo A. Carag and their staff, in support of a feeding program, educational or other kinds of civic activity that we are supposed to be carrying out or promoting. All such acts are not authorized and not done with our consent or permission or toleration. DCAHcT Please call or communicate to our Office to report any such incident so that we can take necessary legal action against these persons. Attached is a previous Memorandum to this effect. Such acts have not been and are not authorized, tolerated or countenanced by the undersigned and should not be entertained.
