Bernardo Bureau of Customs SUBJECT : Master's Degree Program in Taxation Policy and Management I am pleased to inform that this Department has been invited by Financial Attach Hiromichi Sakuma of the Embassy of Japan to nominate qualified candidate to the Master's Degree Program in Taxation Policy and Management for AY 2004 through the Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program. The scholarship covers airfare, tuition and related fees, medical insurance, monthly stipend and travel allowances. Candidates must: be under 40 years of age (preference given to those under 35 years old) hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in commerce, economics, law or a similar discipline, with evidence of a distinguished academic record have at least three years of quality work experience in the field of tax policy and administration demonstrate proficiency in the English language meet any other criteria for admission established by Keio University Forwarded is the Application Guidebook 2004 which contains relevant information about the program, Application and Recommendation Forms for reference.
