December 19, 2017 DOF MEMORANDUM FOR : All Heads of DOF Offices/Bureaus and Attached Agencies ATTENTION : Scholarship Committee SUBJECT : Knowledge Co-Creation Program (Long-Term) Global Public Leadership Program (ASEAN Top Leaders Program) Offered by the Japan International Cooperation Agency to be Held in Japan FY 2018 This Department has been invited by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to nominate candidate/s to the above-mentioned program. The objective of the program is to develop high level human resources who would contribute to decision making process in the Government with a regional viewpoint and human network in developing countries and Japan. The program will provide candidates with special program on Japanese developmental experience as well as obtaining Masters or Ph.D. degree. HTcADC Proposed research topics will be Administration/public policy, finance, international politics/diplomacy, regional research, business, international trade/investment, etc. The proposed Japanese universities are as follow: 1. GRIPS (National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies) G-Cube (http://www.grips.ac.jp/g-cube/en/) Degrees offered are Master's degree, Ph.D. degree and combined Master's and Ph.D. course 2.
