October 4, 2023 DOF DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL ORDER NO. 417-2023 In the exigencies of the service and in view of the official travel of Commissioner Romeo D. Lumagui, Jr., Bureau of Internal Revenue, in Singapore, OIC Deputy Commissioner MARIDUR V. ROSARIO is hereby designated Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Bureau of Internal Revenue from 9 to 13 October 2023 . HEITAD OIC Deputy Commissioner Rosario shall perform the powers and duties of the Commissioner on all matters, except the following: 1. Signing of revenue travel assignment orders and revenue special orders for reassignment of personnel; 2. Approval of original and promotional appointments; 3. Approval of decisions on administrative cases involving dismissal of revenue officials and employees from the service; and 4. All powers which cannot be delegated under Section 7 of the Tax Code of 1997, as amended. This amends Department Personnel Order No. 395.2023 dated 22 September 2023.
