Designation of Atty. Mark Lester L. Aure as OIC Executive Director of National Tax Research Center for a Period of One Year

February 2, 2024 DOF DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL ORDER NO. 131.2024 In the exigencies of the service and in view of the retirement from the service of the Executive Director of the National Tax Research Center (NTRC), pending the approval of the Office of the President, Atty. MARK LESTER L. AURE , Deputy Executive Director, Legal Group, same office, is hereby designated as Officer-In-Charge (OIC) Executive Director, NTRC , this Department, for a period of one (1) year, unless sooner revoked or until further orders, effective 01 February 2024 . CAIHTE As OIC, Deputy Executive Director Aure is hereby authorized to receive entitlements corresponding to the position, such as Extraordinary and Miscellaneous Expenses (EME), Representation Allowance and Transportation Allowance (RATA) differential, communication allowance, among others, as may be appurtenant and authorized under relevant rules and regulations, and subject to availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
