September 14, 2015 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 100-15 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigencies of the service and in relation to Department Order No. 387-2015 dated 17 June 2015, authorizing the DOF APEC 2015 FMP Secretariat and Delegates to travel, participate, coordinate and facilitate all matters relating to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Finance Ministers Meetings hosted by the Republic through the Department of Finance, as part of the Finance Ministers Process (FMP) under APEC on 09 to 11 September 2015. The following additional personnel and individual are also authorized to travel, cover, coordinate, participate and facilitate the above-mentioned meetings in Cebu from 04 to 13 September 2015 (exclusive of travel time), as member of the following Sub-Committees of the Secretariat, Official Delegation and Resource Person: The Philippine Delegation and Resource Person shall be comprised of the following: 1. Mr. Evan Saunders Chen Any travel of the above mentioned personnel and individuals, going to Cebu shall be on official time, and shall be eligible for actual travel, meals, fuel, and actual hotel accommodations expenses from 06 to 13 September 2015, subject to existing accounting and auditing rules. The amount shall be chargeable against the Department. All orders, issuances and instructions contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, modified and revoked and all concerned shall be guided accordingly.
