Designating Certain Officials and Personnel as Host Economy Liaison Officers

November 24, 2014 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 093-14 In the interest of the service and in connection with Department Order 072-2014 dated 01 October 2014, creating the DOF-APEC Secretariat (DAS) in preparation for the forthcoming 2015 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation to be hosted by the Republic, the APEC National Organizing Council (NOC) has requested that each hosting agencies should designate a "Host Economy Liaison Officers" (HELO) from their respective agencies. The following Officials and personnel emanating from the Department of Finance (DOF), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Bureau of the Treasury (BTr) and the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) are hereby designated as HELO for the Finance Ministers Process: 1. Vasquez DOF-Priva 38. Mr. Christian Joseph G. Zosa BSP The above officials and personnel shall report directly to the Sub-committee on Liaison Officers (SLO) under the supervision of Dir. Charissa P. Hipolito. The SLO will coordinate closely with the Operations Committee of the APEC-NOC for the Finance Ministers Process (FMP) during the Philippine Hosting of the APEC Meetings in 2015. As such, they are authorized to undergo training and simulations in preparation for the said hosting. The above-named personnel shall obtain their assignments, briefing, orientation, and other information vital in the discharge of their duties and responsibilities from the SLO.
