November 29, 2022 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 084.2022 In the exigency of service, the Committee on Rewards is hereby reconstituted with the following officials: Chairperson: Undersecretary, Revenue Generation and Local Finance Group Vice-Chair: Undersecretary, Legal Affairs Group Members: Undersecretary, Policy Development and Management Services Group Undersecretary, Fiscal Policy and Monitoring Group Secretariat: Assistant Secretary, Revenue Generation and Local Finance Group The Committee shall have the authority to establish the guidelines, rules, and regulations in the processing and evaluation of claims for rewards of informers. Further, it shall have the authority to promulgate decisions and resolutions in connection with claims for rewards of informers of the Bureau of Customs and Bureau of Internal Revenue, subject to the final approval of the Secretary of Finance. All orders and other issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked and/or amended accordingly. This Order takes effect immediately. (SGD.) BENJAMIN E. DIOKNO Secretary of Finance
