Authorizing Certain Employees to Participate in the Logistical and Substantive Preparations in Connection with the 2014 Philippine Development Forum

All travels of the abovementioned officials and personnel shall likewise be on official time and all expenses incurred in connection to the aforementioned event shall be chargeable against the budget released for this purpose and/or from the budget of the Bureau. They shall likewise be provided with meal and communication allowance in the amount of Four Hundred Pesos (PhP400.00) each per day starting 3 to 8 of November 2014 to be either directly deposited to their payroll accounts or be released to them in compliance with existing rules and policies of the government. Further, the above-mentioned personnel whose salary grade is 25 and below shall be authorized to claim and receive non-monetary remuneration for actual overtime service rendered (Compensatory Time-Off), including weekends and holidays starting from 27 October 2014 until 14 November 2014, since they will perform additional assignments other than their regular functions, in accordance with the Civil Service Commission and Department of Budget and Management Joint Circular No. 2 dated 04 October 2004. EDCTIa All orders, issuances and instructions contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, modified or revoked and all concerned shall be guided accordingly.
