November 15, 2002 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 075-02 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigencies of the service and consistent with the provisions of Executive Order No. 127, s. 1987, as amended, Undersecretary and Chief of Staff INOCENCIO P. FERRER, JR. , Domestic Finance Group, shall supervise, oversee and evaluate the performance of the BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE (BLGF) and the CENTRAL BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS (CBAA) . Under this Order, BLGF and CBAA matters requiring approval or acknowledgement by the Department of Finance shall be referred to Undersecretary Ferrer for appropriate action. All concerned are hereby enjoined to ensure the smooth turn-over of oversight functions and, among others, to brief Undersecretary Ferrer of the functions, organization and significant pending cases or projects of the afore-said agencies and office. All issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked or modified, as the case may be. This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. (SGD.) JOSE ISIDRO N.
