December 5, 2013 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 074-13 In the exigency of the service and pursuant to Article XIII of the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) between this Department and the Department of Finance Proper Employees Association (DOFPEA) which provides for the creation of the UNION MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (UMC) wherein matters that affect the employees' interest and management prerogatives will be discussed; The UMC is hereby reconstituted to be composed of the following personnel: Representing DOF Management: 1.Assistant Secretary Ma. Lourdes B. Recente 2.Director Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal Representing DOFPEA: 1.Melquiades DC Castillo President 2.Emmanuel Castro Vice President HCTDIS The undersigned shall sit as Chairman but without any voting power except to break a tie. This Order shall take effect immediately and all orders inconsistent herewith are hereby modified accordingly. (SGD.) CESAR V. PURISIMA Secretary
