December 4, 2013 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 071-13 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigencies of service, UNDERSECRETARY JOHN P. SEVILLA is hereby detailed to the Bureau of Customs as Officer-in-Charge thereof until the appointment and assumption of office of the regular Commissioner of Customs. Undersecretary Sevilla is hereby authorized to perform the duties and functions appurtenant to the position of the Commissioner. All orders, circulars, memoranda, issuances contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked and/or modified, and all concerned shall be guided accordingly.
