September 9, 2014 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 066-14 SUBJECT : Suspension of Department Order (DO) No. 23-07, as Amended, on the Mandatory Marking of Kerosene and Diesel Upon recommendation of the Bureau of Customs (BOC), and as proposed by the Philippine Institute of Petroleum (PIP) in view of the cost to the industry, the implementation of Department Order (DO) No. 23-07 dated 26 July 2007, as amended by DO No. 06-08, is hereby suspended. This is without prejudice to the formation of other measures to achieve the objectives provided thereon. All other issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby modified accordingly.
