September 5, 2014 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 064-14 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest of the service and in connection with the forthcoming 2014 International Tax Forum (ITF) hosted by the Republic of the Philippines through the Department of Finance (DOF) from 12 to 14 November 2014 in Manila, Philippines, the following DOF Officials and personnel shall constitute the Secretariat thereof, including the working Sub-Committees, which shall be responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and discharging all such other similar functions relating to substantive and logistical matters in the preparation for the Event: Overall Coordination and Planning Committee 1. Chester Prince Abellera 7.5 Ms. Ira Camarao The above-named personnel shall coordinate all the necessary logistical and substantive preparations, arrangements and implementations for the said event starting 1 August 2014 to 15 November 2014. All travels of the abovementioned personnel shall likewise be on official time and all travel expenses shall be reimbursable and chargeable against account released for the purpose of this event. Further, since the said event is in addition to the regular functions of the above-named officials and personnel, they shall be entitled to receive honoraria based on and pursuant to the DBM Budget Circular No. 2007-2 dated 1 October 2007 chargeable against the funds released for the purpose. They shall likewise be provided with preparatory coordination meeting expenses and actual communication expenses like cellular phone load, chargeable against the funds released for the purpose of this event.
