November 4, 2013 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 059-13 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigencies of the service, Assistant Secretary EPHYRO LUIS B. AMATONG is hereby authorized to sign the following documents of the Revenue Integrity and Protection Service (RIPS) when the Undersecretary is unable to sign the same: 1. Investigation Authority for current subjects and corresponding letter-requests to various government agencies 2. Request for issuance of Department Personnel Orders (DPOs) for travels of field investigators outside the Metro Manila 3. Reimbursement/liquidation of expenses incurred by field investigators in connection with the DPOs issued 4. Compliance with the receipt of Decisions from the Office of the Ombudsman and various courts 5. Indorsement of cases for representation by the Office of the Solicitor General This Order amends Department Order No. 41-2012 dated 7 November 2012 and modifies all other issuances contrary hereto.
