August 13, 2014 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 057-14 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the exigency of service and in view of the vacancy in the position of Chairman in the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Mr. EULOGIO T. CASTILLO, Administrator, is hereby designated as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of CDA effective 16 August 2014 until such time that a new Chairman has been appointed and assumed Office.
