July 31, 2014 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 055-14 Pursuant to the provision of Administrative No. 266 s. 1992, creating a ONE-STOP-SHOP INTER-AGENCY TAX CREDIT AND DUTY DRAWBACK CENTER ("CENTER") for the processing of tax credits and duty drawbacks, the following are hereby designated as the official signatories in the said office: A. Tax Credit Certificates (TCCs) issued under the Investment Incentives Group (IIG) of the CENTER Recommending Approval: CARMELO T. CASIBANG, JR., (Mr. Melquiades D.C. Castillo, alternate signatory in the absence of the principal signatory) Approved by: SHEILA N. CASTALONI (CARMELO T. CASIBANG, JR. alternate signatory in the absence of the principal signatory) AEHTIC B. TCCs issued under the Duty Drawback Group of the CENTER Recommending Approval: SHEILA N. CASTALONI (CARMELO T. CASIBANG, JR. alternate signatory in the absence of the principal signatory) Approved by: Commissioner of the Bureau of Customs or the Commissioner's duly designated representative. C. Tax Debit Memos Recommending Approval: MARLENE L. MARQUEZ (Mr. Melquiades D.C. Castillo, alternate signatory in the absence of the principal signatory) Approved by: SHEILA N. CASTALONI (CARMELO T. CASIBANG, JR., alternate signatory in the absence of the principal signatory) EACTSH As used in this Order, "Tax Credit Certificates" refer to original TCC issuances (including those issued for approval requests for reconsideration), transferred, revalidated, and replacement TCCs. Department Order No. 2-09 is hereby repealed. All other existing orders, circulars, and issuances which are in conflict with this Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
