December 4, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 055-00 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the interest of the service and in furtherance to Department Order No. 52-2000, Ms . Lilanie O . Magdamo , Deputy Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund Office (MDFO) is hereby authorized to countersign letter advices and checks P500,000 and below. The above-mentioned delegation of authorities shall cover all types of funds being administered by the MDFO, whether general, special/project or trust funds. All orders, circulars, memoranda, issuance contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked/modified and all concerned should be guided accordingly. This Order takes effect immediately. (SGD.)
