July 14, 2014 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 053-14 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the exigencies of service and in view of the vacancy in the position of Executive Director, One-Stop-Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center (OSS), Atty. SHEILA N. CASTALONI is hereby designated as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of OSS starting on 16 July 2014 until such time that a new Executive Director has been appointed and has assumed office. All orders, circulars, memoranda, and other issuances contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked and/or modified, and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. (SGD.) CESAR V.
