December 22, 2010 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 052-10 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In view of the privilege leave of Undersecretary Gil S. Beltran from Dec. 23, 28, and 30, 2010, Assistant Secretary Ma. Teresa S. Habitan is hereby designated as Officer-in-Charge of the Policy Development and Management Services Group and Assistant Ma.
