November 23, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO . 051-00 Pursuant to the decision of the Standard Rates Committee of the One Stop Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center made in its meeting on 12 October 2000, and to resume the institutionalization of the standard rate systems as an effective tool to assist exporters in competing in the global market, Department Order No. 3-99 dated January 4, 1999 ordering the adoption of the Modified Standard Scheme for the Wearable Sector is hereby revoked.
