National Tax Research Center Personnel Detailed to the Department of Finance Starting February 18, 2013

December 21, 2012 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 050-12 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest of the service and in connection with the implementation of the Philippine Medium Term Fiscal Program which aims to achieve a much higher revenue target in 2013, the following personnel from the National Tax Research Center (NTRC) are hereby detailed to the Department of Finance (DOF) starting February 18, 2013: 1. Christine F. Almozara 2. Florida J. Jurado 3. Elizabeth D. Bautista 4. Maricar M. Pimentel 5. Jonah P. Tibubos 6. Ma. Lourdes Ampatin 7. Edrei Y. Udaundo Furthermore, the above-mentioned personnel are authorized to travel, coordinate and attend meetings, and gather data to fulfill their functions in identifying potential revenue collections and recommending strategic improvements to the attached bureaus. Salaries and allowances (under Personal Services) of above-named personnel shall be paid from the budget of NTRC. All expenses incurred in connection with the implementation of the aforementioned activities shall be chargeable against the appropriation of the Department of Finance, including but not limited to travelling expenses, communication expenses subject to the usual budgetary, accounting and auditing rules and regulations. CIAHaT In addition, said personnel shall also be authorized to credit leaves for compensatory time off (CTO) for overtime services rendered as allowed under existing rules and regulations.
