November 15, 2011 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 049-11 ( Declared Superseded by D.O. 29-16) In the exigency of the service and pursuant to Article XIII of the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) between this Department and the Department of Finance Proper Employees Association (DOFPEA) which provides for the creation of the UNION MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (UMC) wherein matters that affect the employees' interest and management prerogatives will be discussed; The UMC is hereby reconstituted to be composed of the following personnel: Representing DOF Management: 1. Undersecretary Gil S. Beltran 2. Director Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal Representing DOFPEA: 1. Nelson Guarino President 2. Emmanuel Castro Member The undersigned shall sit as Chairman but without any voting power except to break a tie. This Order shall take effect immediately and all orders inconsistent herewith are hereby modified accordingly. (SGD.) CESAR V. PURISIMA Secretary
