Tan IFG SUBJECT : Schedule of Flag-Raising and Flag-Lowering Ceremonies for the Year 2013 Pursuant to Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular No. 19, s. 2012, agencies are required to conduct not only flag-raising every Monday morning but also flag-lowering every Friday afternoon. Hence, the following Undersecretaries shall be responsible for the faithful compliance of their respective schedule of assignments in the conduct of Flag-Raising Ceremony every Monday at 8:00 a.m. and Flag-Lowering Ceremony every Friday at 5:00 p.m. As such, they shall assign leaders for the following activities from among their respective Groups and Offices: Recitation of Prayer/Invocation Singing of Lupang Hinirang Recitation of Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat ng Pilipinas Recitation of DOF Credo Inspirational Message If regular or special holidays fall on Mondays and Fridays, flag-raising shall be on the next working day while flag-lowering shall be on the last working day of each week.
