August 21, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 048-00 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) For the exigency of the operation of the One Stop Shop for Tax Credits and Duty Drawback Center (the Center), the Undersecretary for Revenue Operations Group, Undersecretary Cornelio C. Gison, is hereby authorized to represent the Department in, and to sign in its behalf, the new Memorandum of Agreement to be executed with the Board of Investments to define the guidelines and procedures governing the transferability of tax credit certificates issued by the Center under Art. 21 of EO 226, as approved by the Center's Executive Committee in its special meetings held on August 3 and 11, 2000.
