November 15, 2011 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 047-11 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the exigencies of the service, the Undersecretaries of the Department are hereby designated to head the Groups/Offices indicated below: Undersecretary Gil S. Beltran - Policy Development and Management Services Group Undersecretary Jeremias N. Paul, Jr. - Domestic Finance Group Undersecretary John Phillip P. Sevilla - Privatization Office - Corporate Affairs Group Undersecretary Rosalia V. De Leon - International Finance Group Undersecretary Carlo A.
