July 28, 2017 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 046-17 In the exigency of service and to promote the Tax Reform Program, all Officials and Employees of DOF Proper, Bureaus and Attached agencies are encouraged to support the Thunderclap campaign. The Thunderclap campaign is a very simple and powerful tool used to reach a massive amount of people. Once someone signs up with their social media account (Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr), it will automatically post a message showing support for the tax reform, ensuring that their support reaches the maximum number of people. Likewise, the Central Management Information Office is instructed to temporarily allow DOF personnel to access their social media accounts to give them ample time to sign the petition.
