April 15, 2015 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 046-15 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) SUBJECT : Extension of Deadline for Submission of Electronic Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (eSRE) for FY2014 All Quarters and FY2015 First Quarter In view of the migration of the eSRE Version 2 server to the DOF and the need to deploy system patch updates to all provinces, cities and municipalities, the deadline for submission of the eSRE reports for FY2014 All Quarters and FY2015 First Quarter by all local treasurers is hereby extended until 31 May 2015. Related to this, the imposition of sanctions for failure to submit reports on time, pursuant to Department Order No. 34-2014, is temporarily suspended until the aforementioned date only. The Bureau of Local Government Finance is directed to immediately review the aforementioned eSRE reports upon submission and to ensure compliance by all concerned with this Department Order.
