September 27, 2013 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 046-13 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigency of service, Deputy Commissioner Juan Lorenzo T. Tanada and Deputy Commissioner Peter M. Manzano of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) are hereby detailed to the Customs Policy Research Office, this Department, for a period of one (1) year. They shall oversee the effective disposition and implementation of the functions of the said Office, under the supervision of the undersigned. TCacIE This Order shall take effect immediately and valid until sooner revoked. Let a copy of this Order be furnished immediately to the BOC for their proper guidance and strict observance. (SGD.)
